Interior Ministry and NDU sign governance protocol
Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmed Al-Hajjar, and Father Bishara Khoury, President of Our Lady of Louize University, signed a cooperation protocol focused on improving local administration in Lebanon. The agreement includes a training plan for municipal council employees to enhance efficiency and establish standards of transparency and governance, as well as the implementation of digital transformation techniques and the provision of electronic services. It also supports joint academic research to strengthen partnership between the public sector and educational institutions.
