The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that this morning they carried out air and ground strikes using precision weapons and drones targeting military and industrial facilities in Ukraine. The targets included the "Fire Point" facility in Kyiv, which produces components and warheads for "Flamingo" cruise missiles; an oil refining plant in Kremenchuk, used for producing fuel and lubricants for Ukrainian forces; as well as a metal manufacturing facility in Kropyvnytskyi. The ministry also confirmed that the strikes hit a military cargo ship in the Odessa port, along with ships and military shipments in other Ukrainian ports, in an effort to disrupt Ukraine's military and logistical capabilities. These strikes form part of Russia's escalation to target Ukraine’s military and logistical infrastructure, aiming to reduce Kyiv’s capacity to carry out ongoing military operations.
