Judge Haj rules against Major General Adel Issa

The Lebanese Public Prosecutor's Office, based on a judicial agreement with Syria, decided to hand over former Syrian Major General Adel Issa, who is detained in Lebanon, to Syrian authorities to be prosecuted for crimes attributed to him in Syria.
