Gasoline prices on the rise

The price of gasoline has increased in Lebanon, as the Ministry of Energy announced a new fuel pricing schedule. The price per liter of 95-octane gasoline has risen to 2,471 LBP after an increase of 15,000 LBP, while 98-octane gasoline has reached 2,489 LBP, also up by 15,000 LBP. Meanwhile, diesel saw a significant rise of 24,000 LBP, reaching 2,399 LBP. This increase comes amidst the ongoing decline in fuel prices, which continues to affect the cost of living and the local economy.
