Bree reviews cooperation with Emirati delegation

The Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, received at Ein El Tineh the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, along with his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by Minister of Economy and Trade, Amr Bassat, President of the Economic Chambers, Muhammad Shuqayr, UAE Ambassador Fadhil Salem Al Qubaisi, and Lebanon's ambassador to the UAE, Tarek Mneimne, as well as a number of investors participating in the UAE-Lebanon Economic Forum. The discussion covered the general situation in Lebanon and the region, ways to strengthen cooperation and partnership, as well as investment opportunities and bilateral relations between Lebanon and the UAE. Additionally, Berri met with Wassem Mansouri, the First Deputy Governor of Banque Lebanon, to reinforce economic and investment cooperation.
