He explained that the government established the National Mental Health Program to support families, develop community services, and implement low-cost digital interventions, along with increasing legal recognition for psychologists since 2017. He reaffirmed that the government’s partnership continues to ensure support for parents and families, noting that recent crises have posed challenges to family relationships. He stressed the importance of ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of the national mental health system and to protect children and adolescents.
