A source told MTV that the Public Prosecutor, Judge Mohammad Saab, will submit today his report on the Beirut Port explosion case to the Investigative Judge, Judge Tarek Bitar. The report will include his opinion regarding the responsibility of all the accused, including Brigadier Tony Mansour, whom the judge interviewed a few days before the investigation was closed last April, following Mansour's appointment as an security advisor to the President.
