Ministry of Communications Warns of Internet Cuts

The Lebanese Ministry of Communications has issued a statement warning users not to rely on internet services provided through unlicensed networks in the areas of Achrafieh, Hamra, Badaro, the Martyrs’ Square, Port of Beirut, Ras Beirut, Baabda, Hazmiyeh, Tripoli Port, and Tripoli Beshocca. The ministry urged customers to quickly switch to a licensed internet provider to avoid service interruptions. It is working in coordination with the regulatory authority, judicial, and security agencies to remove unlicensed networks in order to protect subscribers and ensure public security.
