Regulator starts internet subscription transfer

The regulatory authority for telecommunications has launched a campaign to regulate internet subscriptions in Lebanon, aiming to transition users from unlicensed networks to licensed ones in accordance with Decision No. 4/2026 issued on February 5, 2026. The authority has called upon users in these regions to begin the transition process without delay, noting that service providers may contact subscribers to arrange the necessary procedures. It also emphasized the importance of cooperation and providing the required information and documents. Additionally, it advised completing the transition quickly to avoid internet service interruptions and has provided an educational video for further details, with the option to contact via email for assistance.
