Fajr impacts southern Lebanon with explosions and missile malfunction

Lebanon's southern region experienced a wide-scale Israeli military escalation at dawn today, as Israel launched a series of airstrikes, artillery shelling, and gunfire sweeps across multiple areas. The explosions resulted in two massive blasts in the town of Barashit, with additional detonations on the outskirts of Beit Yahun. Clashes continued with shelling targeting areas such as Nabatieh Al-Fouqa, Haris, Wadi Zbqein, Wadi Al-Hijr, as well as Wadi Al-Salouqi and Toulil. Repeated aerial attacks also targeted the vicinity of Nabatieh, Zawtar Al-Sharqiya, and Mafdon. No information has yet been received about any injuries or damages. Meanwhile, warplanes continued flying at low altitudes, with reports of a targeted bridge with a non-exploded missile. This escalation appears to be part of an Israeli attempt to carry out a broad strike in the region, amid increasing tension and violence in the Lebanese border areas.
