Customs seize illegal cosmetic injectables in Metn

The General Directorate of Customs seized a large quantity of smuggled cosmetic injections in the Antelias area. The storage location was identified in the Metn area, where a residential apartment was raided, and the illegal products were confiscated. Those involved were referred to the judiciary. Customs officials confirm that smugglers use concealment methods, such as employing apartments and companies to hide the smuggled goods before distributing them in the markets. They also emphasize that ongoing efforts are underway to trace the source of these items, track the routes of smuggling, and expose the networks involved. Citizens are urged to report any suspected warehouses. The aim is to protect public health and prevent unverified substances from reaching the market.
