Public Works and Litani plan new water crossing

A temporary water crossing has been established in the Tyre-Faleseh area in Lebanon after the bridge was destroyed due to recent Israeli airstrikes. The purpose of this measure is to facilitate the movement of citizens and vehicles between Sidon, Zahrani, and the Sidon district. This step serves as a temporary solution until the permanent bridge is rehabilitated. The Public Works and Transport Ministry is overseeing the implementation, in coordination with the Litani Authority, ensuring compliance with technical standards and water infrastructure requirements with the goal of protecting the Litani River.
