Elites advance weapon restrictions

The article indicates that the "sovereign" political forces in Lebanon are calling on the Council of Ministers to implement decisions to restrict arms and to enforce the army’s plan, especially after a government session discussing the issue. These forces demand the implementation of a decision to limit Hezbollah's weapons to the state, but face difficulties in executing it. Some decisions are viewed as transitional phases that hinder full implementation. Additionally, sovereign forces are escalating their stance, calling for a clear executive plan to ensure these decisions are carried out, as the issue of restricting weapons remains one of the most complex political and security challenges in Lebanon.
