Who is targeting Syria’s energy lines
The energy infrastructure in Syria has been subjected to multiple explosions over approximately six weeks, with vital gas lines frequently targeted. These incidents include the destruction of gas transmission lines in Al-Hasakah Governorate, the bombing of parts of the gas supply network connecting the Juba fields to power plants, and the explosion of the gas line supplying the Tishreen power station east of Damascus, which temporarily halted the operation of the Deir Ali and Nasiriyeh stations.
