Public Works improves Berdawni River road

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Lebanon is working on repairing and maintaining the road adjacent to the Maqaroun Dam, which connects the Mashgara area with the towns of Western Beqaa. This effort follows the damage it sustained due to Israeli attacks during the recent war on Lebanon. The regional director of the ministry in Beqaa, Engineer Walid Al-Hajar, conducted an on-site inspection to monitor the progress of the work, which is being carried out by Al-Raed Engineering and Contracting Company. The project includes constructing water drainage structures, retaining walls, backfilling works, as well as resurfacing the damaged sections, all aimed at ensuring road safety and improving traffic flow between Mashgara and the towns of Western Beqaa.
