Houthis Launch Rockets at Saudi Facilities
The Saudi Civil Aviation Authority announced the death of a Pakistani resident and injuries to 11 people in an attack targeting King Khalid Airport in Riyadh on Sunday, with the injured transported to the hospital. This comes after the Houthi group claimed responsibility for targeting airports in Riyadh and Dammam, as well as oil facilities, using missiles and drones, in the context of ongoing military escalation in the Gulf region. Additionally, King Fahd Airport in Dammam was targeted late Sunday evening, and authorities are assessing the damage to ensure the safety of the facilities. Security tensions in the region are intensifying as attacks on aviation and energy infrastructure in Saudi Arabia continue to recur.
