Hasbani Sends Message to Salam

A message from Hasbani to Salam addressing the electricity crisis in Lebanon, explaining that the government has begun addressing the issue by establishing a regulatory authority and implementing Law 2002. However, the global energy crisis has led to a decline in power supply and increased costs. An interim solution exists that requires urgent measures, including financing the purchase of fuel oil, approving a flexible tariff for sustainable funding, and opening an additional credit to settle overdue payments. There is a warning that any delay could lead to a severe economic and social crisis. Emphasis is placed on the immediate need to make decisions to save the country's electricity situation.
