Seizure of Captagon and Marijuana Tents
A unit of the Lebanese Army managed to raid the homes of wanted individuals in the Dahr Al-Wasleh area of Baalbek, where they detained two Syrians (M.H. and A.B.) on charges of cooperating with one of the wanted persons. They also seized approximately 22 kilograms of hashish and 22,000 Captagon pills, in addition to destroying 14 tents cultivated with marijuana. Furthermore, 134 Syrians were detained in various regions for wandering within Lebanese territory without legal documents. The confiscated items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees have been initiated under judicial supervision.
