Lebanese Forces Call for Judiciary Action on Lebanon Debates
The article addressed the accusations directed at the "Lebanon Debate" website, claiming it promotes lies regarding the relationship between the Qatari state and Lebanon's electricity sector. It affirmed that reality shows that Lebanese Energy Minister, Engineer Jou Jordy, has conducted successful visits with the Qatari side, leading to a Qatari grant for the maintenance of the Arab Gas Pipeline in the north and facilitating the operation of the Dier Ammar plant using gas. It also indicated that coordination with Qatar continues, and the energy file will be discussed during an upcoming official visit of the Qatari delegation to Beirut. The article emphasized that the judiciary is the competent authority to hold accountable those spreading lies and that the website is focused on presenting the facts.
