International Damascus Road traffic controls

The contracting company has started paving works on the International Damascus Road, extending from the Al-Medjrij Bridge towards Beirut. This began on October 22, 2026, from 5:00 AM until the completion of the work, covering the section between Al-Medjrij Bridge and the last highway. During the works, traffic coming from the Beqaa toward Beirut will be diverted to the internal road via Al-Medjrij, Hmamna, and Safor, in order to facilitate movement and reduce congestion.
