Sharjah fields 16 players at Arab Chess Championship

Sharjah Cultural Chess Club participated in the Arab Youth and Junior Championship in Cairo from July 28 to August 5, 2026, with the participation of 400 players from 18 countries. The club was represented by 16 players across various age categories, in addition to four players representing the UAE national team. The participation aims to develop the players' skills, enhance their experiences, and prepare for future international competitions.
