Greek club Lavadiakos has signed Egyptian player Mohamed Elneny for one season in a free transfer deal, after his transfer period had been open since last June when he left Emirati club Al Jazira. This marks his sixth professional experience, having started his career with Al Mokawloon Al Arab, then moving to Swiss club Basel, where he won four league titles. He later joined Arsenal in England, with whom he secured the FA Cup twice. He then transferred to Al Jazira and won the UAE Cup.
