The United Arab Emirates Football Association announced a decision to double the number of private jets from 6 to 12 in order to facilitate the attendance of fans supporting the UAE national team in the final of the 27th Gulf Cup against Saudi Arabia, scheduled for next Tuesday at Al-Inma Stadium at King Abdulaziz Sports City in Jeddah. The UAE team has advanced to the final for the fourth time after defeating Oman with a single goal, and they are hopeful of winning the title for the third time, having previously secured it in 2007 and 2013. Saudi Arabia has won the tournament three times, most recently in 2003.
