12 private jets ferry Emirati supporters
The UAE Football Association has doubled the number of private jets from 6 to 12 to transport Emirati fans to Jeddah for the final against Saudi Arabia, due to overwhelming demand. The federation confirmed that the travel quota for both outbound and return flights is fully booked for the match day, and it will cover the cost of all tickets for the fans, with details on the distribution method to be announced later. The UAE qualified for the final after defeating Oman 1-0, while Saudi Arabia advanced after beating Qatar in a penalty shootout.
