Mbappe Cycles Despite Injury Amid Madrid Concerns

Journalist Thomas Roncero, Deputy Editor of the Spanish newspaper "AS" and a supporter of Real Madrid, criticized Kylian Mbappé for staying in France during his recovery from a knee injury, questioning why he was being treated differently from his injured teammates. He emphasized that Mbappé has yet to understand the culture of Real Madrid and the importance of setting an example and demonstrating player commitment. Roncero pointed out that Mbappé's behavior after his injury reflects a lack of full dedication, despite having the club's permission. A clip showing Mbappé riding a bicycle while recovering sparked controversy, with former Madrid coach José Mourinho warning about the risks of cycling for professional players. It was revealed that Mbappé's injury was a hyperextension of the posterior capsule of the knee, and he preferred to spend personal time rather than follow a specific treatment program with the club, which upset fans.
