Skyward protests before Al Ahly Zamalek summit

Al Ahly secured the derby victory by defeating Zamalek 2-0 at Cairo International Stadium, amid remarkable crowd support, during which banners were raised in solidarity with Palestine and in opposition to Israeli occupation before the match began. The stands echoed with collective chants, and parachutists entered the field. Meanwhile, Zamalek filed an official complaint with the Egyptian Football Association against the refereeing committee, accusing the referee of overlooking two penalty kicks in their favor without reviewing the video assistant referee footage, which negatively impacted the outcome of the match.
