Is Phoenix the Eagle at risk of leaving Palace

The animal rights organization "PETA" has urged Crystal Palace Football Club to stop using a live eagle named "Fenix" as part of match day activities, warning of the risks faced by both the bird and the fans. They explained that the noisy atmosphere and bright lights could scare the eagle, potentially leading to unpredictable behavior that threatens everyone's safety. This concern is based on previous incidents where eagles have collided with walls or landed on spectators. PETA emphasized that using eagles in stadiums is inappropriate given the loud environment and called on the club to find alternative entertainment methods that do not involve live animals, as the debate continues over whether this tradition is compatible with ensuring the welfare and safety of the birds.
