Conte refutes La Repubblica on United offer
Coach Antonio Conte completely denied any advanced negotiations with Manchester United regarding his potential appointment, after Italian reports claimed he had entered serious talks with the club about succeeding Michael Carrick. He stated on Instagram that the widespread rumors about financial demands and total control are untrue, and he emphasized that if a genuine offer were to be made, it would be discussed professionally and appropriately. However, sources from BBC Sport confirm that Conte is very eager to take the position if officially offered to him. Meanwhile, Carrick's future remains uncertain following the European loss, as United’s management has begun exploring other options led by names such as Eddie Howe and Julian Nagelsmann.
