Saudi Arabia and Jordan Collaborate on AI Development

The Jordanian Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Saudi company "Humaine" have launched a strategic memorandum of understanding to enhance collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence. The goal is to develop advanced Arab models, accelerate their deployment in the government sector, support the growth of startups, and develop infrastructure and technological capabilities. The memorandum includes the development of the ALLAM model to strengthen Arabic language capabilities in artificial intelligence, providing training programs and skills development for Jordanian talents, as well as improving access to specialized computing infrastructure. This initiative is part of Jordan’s efforts to establish its position as a regional technology hub and to expand the participation of domestic talents and companies in developing and utilizing artificial intelligence technologies.
