Dubai Police deploys 36 robots

Dubai Police depend on a robotic system composed of 36 robots to perform administrative tasks, as part of its efforts to expand the use of artificial intelligence in police operations and public services. The initiative aims to improve process speed, increase productivity, and reduce the workload of routine tasks, allowing police personnel to focus on high-value activities. Over the past year, the General Directorate of Artificial Intelligence completed 104 strategic and operational projects to support digital transformation and enhance efficiency. It also launched an artificial intelligence platform to support tool development and data analysis, in addition to developing an intelligent assistant for smart police stations to improve service delivery and reduce response times. Dubai Police achieved a 99.97% continuity rate for vital services and celebrated awards and recognition certificates for its AI projects.
