Google Translate unveils new modern design

Google has launched a new update for the Google Translate app on Android, aimed at improving the interface design and making it simpler and more modern to use. The update includes a redesign of the home screen, increased clarity of the text input field, reorganization of the translation tools, as well as the addition of a floating bar at the bottom of the screen that contains main tools such as live translation, camera, and the training guide. Google also removed the previous options button and moved some functions within the interface to facilitate access, adopting more vibrant colors inspired by the expressive Material 3 style. It is important to note that the rollout is being carried out gradually and may take several weeks to reach all users. This update follows several other additions, such as offline translation and pronunciation training, with the goal of making the app more organized and easier to use.
