Justice Ministry issues six land registration decisions

The Tunisian Ministry of Justice has issued six decisions related to compulsory land registration in several provinces, including Kasserine, Mahdia, Jendouba, Medenine, Sfax, and Gabes. Starting from November 1, 2026, a cadastral survey will be conducted to count unregistered and undeveloped properties in designated areas within each province.
