Nabeul readies buses for 162 routes

The regional company for transportation in Nabeul is working on preparing its fleet to provide school and university transportation services for the upcoming academic return. To this end, 56 buses out of a total of 274 owned by the company have been refurbished and serviced. Additionally, 152 buses will be dedicated to transporting students across 162 routes in the provinces of Nabeul and Zaghouan, starting from September 15th. Recruitment has also been carried out for 40 staff members to strengthen human resources. No new routes have been introduced except for one new route serving a new educational institution. The company also plans to purchase 100 new buses, with the first batches expected to arrive in October or November 2027, to enhance educational and commercial transportation services.
