Traffic Safety Group Warns Against Risks in Bad Weather

The National Traffic Safety Observatory in Tunisia issued a warning following forecasts of heavy thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds, which could reach speeds of over 80 km/h, especially in the regions of Baja, Zaghouan, and Greater Tunis. The statement advised reducing speed, keeping to the right, checking vehicle safety, and avoiding crossing riverbeds, stopping under trees or billboards, in order to reduce traffic accidents during the stormy weather that is expected to continue until tomorrow. It also emphasized that taking risks in such conditions is considered highly dangerous.
