Russian Defense Hits Kharkiv Power, Odessa Ships and Port
Russian forces have been targeting Ukraine's infrastructure and energy facilities in a continuous campaign. The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it struck the Kuchetoek power plant in Kharkiv, the Vilkovo port, a military fuel depot, as well as a ship carrying military supplies in the port of Chortomorsk in Odessa Province.
