Houthi militants target Saudi airport with missile

The Houthi group launched a ballistic missile attack on King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, following Saudi Arabia's announcement of a death resulting from a previous attack on the airport. Gulf countries called on the international community to take a firm stance against these assaults targeting civilian airports, which represent a serious escalation threatening regional and international security. Countries including Kuwait, Syria, Egypt, and Jordan emphasized that targeting airports endangers civilian lives and constitutes a violation of international law, reaffirming their solidarity with Saudi Arabia and their support for its measures to protect its security and sovereignty.
