Nabeul Black Fly Factory Closed Temporarily
A decision has been issued to revoke the third classification of the Black Fly Factory in Karmabilia and to temporarily close it until the violations causing environmental concerns among residents are addressed. This followed inspections and reports of odors, noise, and ammonia gas leaks, which led to repeated protests by those affected in Bouselfa and neighboring areas of Karmabilia. The enforcement of the decision will be monitored, and the factory's file will be presented to the Nabeul Advisory Council for necessary procedures. It has been confirmed that the factory will not resume activity unless all legal requirements are fulfilled.
