Dubai Aerospace acquires Macquarie AirFinance

Dubai Aerospace Industries announced the completion of its acquisition of Makowry Airfinance, with a total value reaching up to $9 billion. This makes it the third-largest aircraft leasing company in the world in terms of size and fleet value, which includes around 1,000 aircraft leased to over 175 companies in more than 75 countries.
