Israeli occupation forces carried out an attack at dawn today on the village of Tell, southwest of Nablus. They stormed the area supported by dozens of military vehicles, forcing Palestinian families to evacuate their homes in preparation for demolishing the home of Martyr Farouk Ramadan, which was prepared for destruction based on a decision from the Israeli military leadership. This demolition comes as a punitive measure after Ramadan was accused of carrying out a shooting operation that killed Israeli soldiers and resulted in the death of other Palestinians, following an attack carried out by settlers in July of last year. Since then, the village has witnessed repeated assaults and incursions by the occupation forces and settlers. The occupation has also turned nearby homes into military barracks and set up caravans on Palestinian lands.
