A decorated stone bearing the name of the Prophet Muhammad six times in Kufic script has been uncovered in the Seljuk-era cemetery at the archaeological site of "Ani" in eastern Turkey, during excavation work since 2021. This discovery coincides with the anniversary of the Prophet's birth and is believed to have been part of an architectural element in a Seljuk tomb, reflecting the deep love of ancestors for the Prophet. The stone is 51 cm long and 21 cm wide, with the name currently appearing three times after part of the piece was damaged. The discovery highlights the rich Islamic history of Ani, a city that has hosted more than 23 civilizations over time and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2016.
