During the first half of 2026, China saw the establishment of 35,000 new foreign-invested companies, marking a 7% increase compared to the same period last year. The major export provinces experienced growth in the number of new companies, especially Hainan with a 38.6% rise and Guangdong with an 8.1% increase.
