Fake Grandchildren Seek German Citizenship
The magazine "Der Spiegel" revealed that a fraud network exploited the legacy of Nazi victims by forging Jewish genealogies to deceive German authorities and obtain German citizenship. The scammers created fictitious resumes and genealogies claiming that their members were descendants of Nazi victims who had been forced to flee Germany.
