Syrian ex-military leader held for war crimes
The Internal Security Forces in Latakia Province, Syria, in cooperation with the Counter-Terrorism Department, succeeded in arresting Jalal Kamel Saqr, a former commander of the 18th Infantry Division in the regime's forces.
