Boni.ai initiates autonomous driving tests in Doha

Chinese company Bonie.AI focused on launching a fully autonomous driving project in Doha in collaboration with Mowasalat's Kuroo company. This took place during the International Electric and Autonomous Mobility Forum hosted by Qatar in September 2026. During the pilot, the company used the seventh generation of its advanced "Robotaxi" vehicles, which had been tested since August 2025, and achieved rapid progress from testing to commercial deployment within four months.
