Syrian FM: Damascus ends nuclear non-compliance

Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Shibani announced that the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency has officially lifted the non-compliance issue against Syria effective September 9, following several steps taken by Damascus since July to open a file on nuclear cooperation with the Agency.
