World Skills 2024 begins in Shanghai

The 48th edition of the World Skills Competition was launched in Shanghai, with the participation of 1,385 competitors from 68 countries and regions. They are competing in 64 events across six sectors, including transportation and logistics, construction technology, manufacturing and engineering, information technology, creative arts and fashion, and social and personal services. The competition aims to showcase the skills of young professionals and facilitate the exchange of expertise. It is accompanied by the organization of two global skills conferences and exhibitions, and the events will conclude on September 27th.
