Lebanon Reaffirms Support for Bardiella Despite Accusations
The article discusses Marine Le Pen's support for Jordan Bardella, the far-right candidate for the French presidency, despite his being accused of anti-Semitic remarks dating back to 2013. Le Pen has confirmed her confidence in Bardella and considers him a key ally, while he denies the allegations and plans to file a defamation lawsuit against the media outlet "Mediapart." Messages attributed to Bardella have emerged, containing anti-Semitic comments, but he dismisses the report as the beginning of a "full-scale war" on his campaign, which polls suggest is likely to top the first round of voting and secure victory in the runoff.
