Naïm Qassem: No concessions on withdrawal

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Naim Qassem, stated that the party is ready to participate in restricting weapons in Lebanon within constitutional frameworks and laws, rejecting external pressures and American guardianship. He clarified that internal understanding can include issues such as the economy, employment, coexistence, and depositors' funds, without specifying an mechanism or timeline for discussing the weapon issue. He also reaffirmed that Hezbollah will not relinquish its right to resistance, asserting that the solution begins with the Israeli enemy's withdrawal from Lebanese territory, amid ongoing tensions along the border and Lebanese calls for Israel to withdraw from the south.
