Amina Erdogan: Gaza's Roots Under Threat
According to Erdogan's newspaper, the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip have been subjected for more than three years to ongoing attempts to uproot their roots and erase their identity, amidst international silence. It pointed out that intensive Israeli attacks have led to the death of thousands of children and left thousands suffering from the pain of losing loved ones, while millions continue to cling to their land without achieving safety and peace. It emphasized that what is happening in Gaza is not just a Palestinian issue but a humanitarian one that calls for global solidarity and the search for solutions to alleviate the suffering of the population and restore their rights, amid continued destruction and casualties since the beginning of the aggression in October 2023.
