Trump confirms deal on Russian diesel

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he had a successful conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and reached an agreement to supply large quantities of Russian diesel fuel to American and global markets. Russia will immediately begin supplying more than 300,000 tons of diesel, followed by 500,000 tons in November, then one million tons, along with an additional 3 million tons in the near future, depending on the status of its diesel refineries. The goal of the agreement is to lower diesel prices in the global market, especially for farmers and truck drivers in America, and it is expected to contribute to a rapid and significant reduction in fuel prices. This move is also connected to the U.S. stance on the Strait of Hormuz and the control of energy supplies.
